A quick tour of the main interface and menus so you know where to begin.
Steps:
1. Sign in to your account
Visit [your login URL] and enter your credentials. If you're new, you may have received a welcome email with your sign-in link.
2. Explore the dashboard
Once logged in, you'll land on your personal dashboard. This is your home base – it gives you access to recent activity, open tickets, and any announcements.
3. Use the main navigation menu
At the top or side (depending on your layout), you’ll find the main menu with key sections such as:

Tickets – for managing support requests

Customers – access customer profiles

Knowledge Base (Guide) – read and manage help articles

Reports (Explore) – view insights and analytics

Admin Settings – configure your workspace
4. Set up your profile
Click on your avatar or initials in the top-right corner, then ‘Profile’. From here, you can update your name, photo, email preferences, and notification settings.
5. Start working with tickets
Navigate to the ‘Tickets’ or ‘Views’ section to see what’s open or assigned to you. You can click into a ticket to reply, assign it, or update its status.

Use search (top bar) to quickly find tickets, customers, or articles.

Click the Help icon (?) at any time for in-context guidance.

Bookmark the Help Centre for easy access to common questions and resources.

If you're unsure what a menu does, hover over it – tooltips and hints are often available.
